After being inspired by http://homemadebyjill.blogspot.com/ .. I have been designing this play kitchen in my head for weeks, heck even months.. After seeing all these beautiful play kitchens I just knew I had to jump in and give it a go..

I must say, it turned out way better then what I thought it would.. I used a plain microwave cart and went from there.. Its not as dazzling as some of the ones I have seen but my little 3 year old son LOVES IT and that is all that matters to me..

He makes his "Krabby Pattys" there

Sorry the pictures are dark.. I'm making another one now for my niece.. I hope she likes it..

Its been a very long time since I have been on here and so much has changed.. I felt a need for a different pace. my husband and I have gone from being employed to broke in just 2 months now.. Hes now losing the last of the weight so he can go into the navy..
Its odd how quick life changes...

I can't wait till this coming weekend and next weekend.. We are designing the kids rooms and I have been crafting all week and pulling up ideas to change around the rooms. I even saw over at
http://homemadebyjill.blogspot.com/ this adorable play kitchen set made out of a nightstand.. I had this idea to turn my nightstands into a washer and dryer play set for my daughter a while back but this idea so makes me want to find a nightstand and try this out. I've surfed through a lot of the blogs and wow, I'm amazed at how these girls have such wonderful creative sides to them. Totally inspires me. I just recently bought my sewing machine so I'm a total newbie.. I grew up pretty much very creative outlet by painting and writing but other then that I have never really used a sewing machine but i guess we all have to learn somewhere right?
I use to blog a lot on a xanga and have decided to switch here.. I'm tired of drama so I'm hoping this will be better..
